Returns and refunds
If a product is not what you expected, you can send it back. This policy explains the window, the condition we ask for and how a refund is paid.
30 days from delivery
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in the condition you received it, with its original packaging, cables and accessories. Write to contact@threnodymode.shop with your order number before sending anything back and we will reply with the return address and instructions.
Damaged or incorrect items: tell us within 48 hours
If a parcel arrives damaged, or a different product arrives, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photograph of the parcel and the item. We replace it or refund it in full and we cover the return shipping. After 48 hours we will still help, but the cost of return shipping is yours.
Lost parcels: tell us within 7 days
If tracking has not moved for 7 days past the estimated delivery date, write to contact@threnodymode.shop with the order number and we will open a trace with the carrier. A parcel confirmed lost is replaced or refunded in full.
How refunds are paid
Once a returned item reaches us and has been checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 business days to show it. We refund the price you paid for the product; original shipping charges are refunded only when the item was damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.
What we cannot accept
We cannot accept products that have been used, installed, modified or damaged after delivery, and we cannot accept returns sent more than 30 days after delivery. If a product arrives faulty, contact us first: most issues are solved without a return.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are packed. Write to contact@threnodymode.shop with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been handed to the carrier it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it under the terms above.
